This Quest 3 was shipped to us packed in spray foam insulation, and the results were a complete mess. On top of the foam, the controllers had a cracked shell and broken trigger, the glass panel was shattered, and the speaker arm had snapped clean off. What should have been a normal repair turned into one of the most brutal, time-consuming fixes we’ve done yet.
